Not because things are broken, but because the current way of working no longer matches the reality they are in.

People often reach out when collaboration feels heavy, conversations stay on the surface, or decisions take more energy than they should.

My work includes team coaching, leadership mediation, personal coaching, training and facilitation.
Rather than offering fixed programs, I shape each collaboration around the people involved, their context and the questions that truly matter.

This can mean aligning a team, supporting a leader one-on-one, or facilitating conversations that have been avoided for too long.

By slowing down just enough to understand what’s really at play, we create focus, trust and forward movement that continues after our work together.
