Leadership and teamwork rarely get stuck because of a lack of intelligence or effort.
They get stuck in unspoken assumptions, unclear expectations, and conversations that are postponed until they become heavy or tense. I work with leaders, teams and organisations who want to slow down just enough to see what’s really going on, and then move forward with clarity and intent.

My role is that of a thinking partner. I ask sharp questions, offer perspective when useful, and help make the implicit explicit. With respect and care-frontation, I create a space where people feel safe enough to speak honestly and challenged enough to change what no longer works.
